How do I test for a higher rank in the INS
1. In person with a Director, Asst. Director or a Regional Director (by arrangement) at one of the INS training halls,
seminars or camps.
2. By submitting a video by special request to the INS headquarters. (NOTE:) ONLY UNDER BLACK BELT!!!
3. All students being promoted from the rank of white belt to red belt must do so in front of a regional director of the INS
If one is located in your state.
4. All Blacks belts must present themselves to the INS board to be promoted.
Is the INS only for Ninjustu style martial artists?
Not at all! Although many of our members have a background in Chinese or Japanese arts, we welcome practitioners from all arts and styles.
I have a second Dan in another style. Will the INS recognize my rank and issue me a cross-over rank to second Dan?
No. The INS recognizes all ninjutsu Dan rankings issued by legitimate ninjutsu schools or organizations. We don’t use cross ranking or rank combining practices.
