How do I test for a higher rank in the INS

Will the  INS recognize my rank and issue me a cross-over rank to second Dan? </B></div> <bR> <div> No. The  INS recognizes all ninjutsu Dan rankings issued by legitimate ninjutsu schools or organizations.
