Society Regulations
Article One: Objects and Names
1. International Ninjutsu Society hereafter called INS. is a product of Traditional and Non-traditional culture.
2. The purpose of organizing the Society is to propagate and standardize the ninjutsu systems, along with INS and its
traditional spirit throughout the world.
3. The Society shall be called: International Ninjutsu Society.
Article Two: Membership & School Fees
1. Membership application must be completed and sent along with the appropriate fee to the INS International Headquarters.
2. INS Board will review your application and make any investigations needed as related to your application.
3. When the application is found to be complete, accurate & all other the specific membership criteria, the INS Board will approve your
application.
4. After approval by the INS Board, your application will be submitted to the INS Congress for review and final acceptance.
Note: prior to membership approval, the first year's dues must be paid (in USD) to the INS Treasurer.
5. At the INS Congress, your organization is expected to provide a Delegate, as the INS Board will present your application for
membership acceptance.
6. Your Delegate will be given the opportunity to briefly present your organization to the INS Congress.
7. Provisional membership is then presented to your organization if the Congress votes in favor of your application. Full membership is
granted after two years of participation and proper payment of dues.
8. If your organization's application is rejected, the first year's membership dues are refunded.
9. Upon membership approval by the INS Congress, your organization will receive a formal letter of membership.
10. School Membership fee of $150.00 shall be paid when admitted into the INS. Annual dues of $ 50.00
shall be paid at or before the start of the new year.
11. Students will pay a yearly fee of $ 20.00
12. Failure to pay the membership fees will suspend the membership and all qualifications.
Article Three: Non-Charter Schools or Students
1. Non charter schools will pay a $ 50.00 every two years for basic membership.
2. Basic individual membership $ 35.00 year
Article Five: Purpose
The purpose of these regulations is to regulate the procedures of Ninjutsu ( International Ninjutsu Society)
promotion tests and issuance of dan certifications in order to uplift the ninjutsu techniques and standardize the dan
grades thoughout the world.
Article Six: Application
1. Internationl Ninjutsu Society and their members, students & Instructors who have been duly enrolled as
members of the Society in each member in each national association of the INS.
2. Instructors and their students who have practiced in countries where there are no members of any national Societys
affilliated with the INS.
3. One who has similar ninjutsu certificates issued by a private group and wishes to receive a INS certificate on condition
he/she respect the rules and regulations of the Society.
